2007 through 2010: Designed and built interiors of 7-bedroom, $6.5 million beach house. East Falmouth, Mass. Budget: $750,000

Fall 2006: Designed interiors for $1.6 million, 2-bedroom co-op on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. New York, N.Y. Budget: $250,000.
2005-2006: Designed interior architectural build for $2.5 million, Mediterranean villa in enclave known as “south of Southern.” West Palm Beach, Fla. Budget: $1.4 million. Residence sold for $2.1 million. Decorating budget for new owner: $400,000.
Spring 2004: Designed and oversaw renovation and decorating of 1929 Georgian mansion for well-known insurance company CEO. West Hartford, Conn. Budget: $1 million.
2003: Designed interiors for $3.5 million second home in Princess Estates. Scottsdale, Ariz. Budget: $350,000.
2001- 2003: Designed architectural renovation of $10 million residence for well-known football franchise owner. Chestnut Hill. Mass. Budget: $1.7 million. Total scope budget: $4.5 million.
1990s: Designed interior for $1.2 million yacht for well-known NBC news commentator. Budget: $50,000.
